How Can Muller Wise Syndrome In The Left Foot Be Treated?

i have muller wise syndrome.in my left foot.and dont want to have surgury im 51 and been putting up with this all my life.since i was about 20 d.o.b.now 51 and my doc cut me off pain meds.im running into dead ends.tyying to get in to a pain management clincic.sorry not good at spelling.i live in kawkawlin michigan.were can i get some pain manage ment help.plus i have carpull tunnel in both hands.plus arthritise i thing im falling a part.
