How Can PCOS Be Treated?

I'm a hypothyroid patient for last 11 yrs. I also suffer from PCOS and Coeliac Disease .I'm 27 and weight 123 kgs. My Endo advised me to get certain tests done... On checking the reports, he prescribed me :

Aldactone 1 - 0 - 0 empty Stomach
Cytomid 250 1/2 - 0 - 1/2
Calcimax Forte 1 - 0 -1
Obirax 15 0 -0 -1 Before Dinner
Lipocut 60 mg 0 - 1 - 0 After Lunch

I would like to know the reason for Aldactone and Cytomid. Also if any of the medicines prescribed have any major side effects.
