How Can A Back Mole With Redness And Itching Be Treated?

I have this mole on the left side of my lower back. it's an oval, kind of a lighter brown color with a small black circle in the middle and sometimes it'll look a little red. Here and there it will hurt a little and sometimes it is a little itchy. is this normal? or should i see a doctor?
