How Can A Black Breast Lump With Discoloration Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I found a pin sized black mark on the inside of my rt breast about 2 wks ago. Today I checked and it is about 3" in circumferance and it is blackish and purple in the middle and has a lump and is red around the edge and is hot. I am 39 years old
