How Can A Breast Rash With Skin Peeling And Discomfort Be Treated?

my wife has a rash and peeling under her breast. she has large breast and the doctor gave her some ointment but it looks like its getting worse. what can she do is there anything that we can put on it until she goes to the doctor tommorrow she is in slight discomfort.
