How Can A Broken Runny Nose Be Treated?

Hello. I have a broken nose, and my nose will not stop running. I am afraid the bandage is getting loose and that I am touching my nose too much by wiping it. Is this a problem? How can I stop my runny nose? Also can the dressing/tape that hold my splint on...can that be changed? It is melting on my face. Thanks.
