How Can A Clitoris Pimple Residual Hole Be Treated?

I have just stopped my pill and have not got my period for a month.. i also noticed this little pimple to the right of my clitoris. I squeezed it and yellow discharge came out.. it deflated but now there is a small hole from where i squeezed the pimple thing. What is this?
