How Can A Crusted Bleeding Mole Causing Tingling Be Treated?

Hi - I have a type of mole on the side of my face near my hair line. It tingles and my doctor did refer me to a dermatologist whom I saw in January. She said it was OK, but a week ago I found spots of blood on my pillow, it now seems to have risen, with a crust on it and has gone red in one place. Also the tingling is worse. Should I go back to my doctor.
