How Can A Facial Scar Causing Loss Of Confidence Be Removed?

Hi Sir, I am 26 years old .A big scar (2 cm) on my face under left eye due to accident when i was childhood .It making me loose confident .So i consulted 2 dermatologists but they said they will do laser treatment but not ensuring it will removed completely as 30% of it will be reduced .so please let me know any treatment to get rid of it completely .thank you
