How Can A Foot Spot Which Is Itching And Burning Be Treated?

I recently got a cut on the hand within 3 days it was on my right foot began to itch and then became extremely tender and it felt like it was on fire, i began using neosporin with pain releif, the spot is irregular-shaped and just splits throughout the affected area, there is a new spot on my ball also, the place on the hand has been there 3 wks, I used antt-fungal, and it has not cleared up?
