How Can A Headache Be Treated?

I have had a headache for 24 hours now. Last night I took 800mg of Ibreprofen and this did not work. I was up of and on threw the night. This morning I googled and the information I gathered was to try tyonel and caffeine. so I took some tyonel and drank some coffee. Still this did not work
