How Can A Headache, Ear Pain And Blockage And Dizziness Be Treated?

am a boy 20 yrs, living in Ethiopia, i don't know what exactly am suffering, first let me introduce my problems. 3 years ago,a bad head cold caught me that made me crazy. so, a doter in my area prescribed amoxcycline and i used in 1 week. after 2 weeks i felt abnormal headache that never go. at this time i didnt went any heath center i stayed alone but i was using ibubrofen to alleviate the headache for almost 6 month, then the pain from the head decreased but i experienced new sings like ear block with pain,blockage of head specially on the top of the head,pain on the top head, dizziness,shortage of sleep, crusting deep in the nose. all in all, all these symptoms made me crazy and difficult to continue my education in the college. so please help me i need your help. thanks
