How Can A Kidney Stone Be Removed?

Dear Sir, I am suffering from Stone(9mm x 7mm) in the out side canal of right kidney.My doctor has suggested me to take cystone tablets with maximum possible liters of water. will it expel from my body?.Now I am taking idle only. Please suggest me about the food(vegetables) which i can take in this condition.
