How Can A Large Perforation Caused By Septoplasty Be Treated?

I had a septoplasy for a deviated septum that resulted in a very large perforation. They tryed a septal button but the button was not large enough. So I've lived with this for 14 years. I've always had trouble sleeping and it gets worst over time. I feel I'm not getting enough air. Now I've developed some health issue and no one can figure them out. Any chance it's for lack of air while I sleep.
