How Can A Large Wart On The Face Be Treated?

46 yr. old white female...recently I got what appears to be a tiny to very small wart on my face about 1-2 inches away from my mouth...it developed what looked like a blackhead (brownish colored dot in the center) and I messed with it and it had a tiny discharge so then I thought maybe it was some kind of acne...I put acne meds on it but now it's back again and it's a little larger...is looks kinda like a wart... could it be some kind of wart?
