How Can A Micropenis Be Treated?

i have a penis which measures only half inch while but when erect is about 3 and a half inches.also the girth is less than an inch.it also has alittle bend towards the right side.so is my penis condition problematic or is it a micropenis?whta is the remedy for it if whatever condition u say?
