How Can A Nipple Lump With Discharge Be Treated?

i've had little bump on nipple since i was 6 months pregnant. i had hpv couple years ago. could this be a wart and can i pass it breastfeeding? this bump has not gone down and i can squeeze it and a thick white discharge comes out. sort of like a pimple. but it doesnt go away. my baby is now 9 weeks
