How Can A Nipple Spot With Swelling, Pain And Redness Be Treated?

I have a white spot on my nipple that showed up this morning, its not on my areola, its on my actual nipple. My entire nipple is swollen, red and very painful. This spot almost looks like a whitehead. Please what can I do, the pain is very intense.
