How Can A Non Septated Cystic Mass Causing Irregular Periods Be Treated?

Hi, I am 24 Year old weighing 80kg, 169cm in height. I have been having irregular menses since Oct last year. It comes on this month and skips d next. I had an abortion in Sept last year. Now in April this yr, I went for an ultrasound and they found a non -septate cystic mass on my right adrexia . My last period was in March and since then I just had some black spotting in April and no period. Pls help me. .......siko
