How Can A Painful Breast Lump With Chest Pain Be Treated?

hi my english its not verry good but m gonna try to explaine am a femal am 33 years old i have a lamp in my left breast and its painful i also have pain in my chest and pain under my shoulder for 2 months. this is huppend when i was still breastfeeding my 6 months douther i had ultrosound and mammogram an biapsy m waitting for the results am little bit worry i have a fibroids history i had a surgery in my both breast in 2002 i had a ultrosound done after the sergery and the doctor told me that i still have small fibroids in my left breast could u please give me an idea what it could be thanks for ur time.
