How Can A Patient With Cirrhosis And Ascites Improve Their Immune System And Gain Muscle For A Liver Transplant?

Hello my dad has hepatitis and now currently has cirrhosis of the liver. He has acites that required for a drain every 10 days sometime even less time sometime. Currently doctors are looking in him getting a liver transplant but he lost a lot of weight and muscle and he’s been in hospital a couple of times from high potassium because of injections he’s using for a blocked vein in the liver. Is there any recommendation on what to do to boost his immune system and gain some muscle so that he is eligible to get the liver transplant . Also does would saunas help him and Vitamin IV drips
