How Can A Penis Foreskin Lump Be Alternatively Treated?

Hello, doctor .....several years ago I had the very painful zipper accident . Over time a small round bump developed at the very tip of my shaft right underneath the penis head. I've tried rubbing alcohol, neosporin, skin ointment the bump still does not decrease or heal to the normal way that the shaft looked before the accident . since I am not circumcised I feel that this is the only option for me in that the bump sits on the foreskin and might be removed altogether with the procedure. However I do not have insurance and I've heard conflicting information that insurance does not cover adult circumcision(I'm 26 years old). What are my options ????
