How Can A Penis Shaft Lump Be Treated?

Hi, im a 19 year old male and i have developed a lump about the size of my pinky on the shaft of my penis. it doesnt hurt in any way, no urinary pain, no erectile pain, but it seems relatively stiff. I was wondering if this was some sort of STD i should be worried about?
