How Can A Piece Of Plastic Stuck In The Throat Be Removed?

hi i was eating a sweet and it had a plastic wrap around it and i took the plastic off and then i ate it and i think a peice of a plastic got stuck in my throat and wont come out i tried every thing but never worked?
I even tried to womit but it is still in my throat that makes me really angry :@
