How Can A Possible Pregnancy Due To Unprotected Intercourse Be Aborted?

Hi I would be glad if you answer up my question...the problem is I had sex with my guy...and it's done 24hrs...and his sperms entered inside...should I use a pregnancy test to check whether I am pregnant or no?? Or should I take ipill rite away?? And will it work in stoping the pregnancy?. Waiting for your answer...pls reply asap..!! Thank you
