How Can A Pregnancy Just After Childbirth Be Prevented?

hi, im 20 years old. and i already have a baby. now it's been 1month i missed my period. Very worried of having a baby again. Thinking i may miss my responsibilities for my first child if ever im pregnant. Is there any medicine i can take to prevent this. I really dont want an abortion.
