How Can A Raised Lesion With Burning Skin Be Treated?

my friend has for about 7yrs now getting worse raised lesion ondoesnt itch no puss but burns her skin when she showers or bathes shes had biopsys blood work and no won can vigure it out.what is this. not even the dctrs know. shes had 2biopsy's she refusing more wtf is gon on.
