How Can A Residual Nose Callus Be Treated?

Hi. I have developed what seems to be a callus on the tip of my nose near one of my nostrils. I remember my nose being irritated some months ago, and the skin near nostril had cracked a bit and bled some. In time it healed, but now there is what seems to be a callus, nothing more than a little bump, but i want it to go away. Is there some sort of medication i can get over the counter that will help to dissolve it?
