How Can A Sinus Polyp, Blurred Vision, Dizziness, Sinus Problems Be Treated?

a year i was told a had a polyp in my right maxillary, my symptoms are blurred vision, dizziness to the point where i feel as though im going to faint, im tired all the time and just general sinus things like runny nose, blocked ears etc. could there be sumthing else wrong
