How Can A Skin Abrasion On My Penis Skin Be Repaired?

Hi my name is Peter and I have a skin abrasion on my penis skin from I guess too much masturbation, sometimes it hurts when I was it and I recently started applying cortizone 10 hope I spelled it correctly, but the chemicals give a mild burn but I think its working. I cant refrain from masturbating, lol, and the skin looks somewhat cracked like a burn healing. You have to look at it close up to notice though. Is there an ointment to repair damage penis skin and perhaps make it look not worn out from masturbation.
