How Can A Small Skin Hole On The Cheek Curve Be Treated?

I have a small hole in the skin on line that runs from the nostril along the cheek curve to the edge of my lip. it is the size of approx the edge of a cocktail stick. Other than this I have very clear soft skin. I am 47 not many wrinkles. It is very noticable. It does not look like a typical open pore.
