How Can A Tampon From The Vagina Be Dislodged?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i inserted a tampon 2 days ago..super and somehow it got turned around i believe because i can not find the string. I can feel it it is at the opening be when i pinch it with two fingers and pull i can not dislodge it. I have been soaking in a tub ..it will not budge and now i feel very sore
