How Can A Toe Corn With New Pink Skin Be Treated?

i have a corn on my small toe.it came 4 months ago.i got it checked by a doc 2 months ago he gave me sacylic acid and skin repair skin . I am 19 years old. now the thickness is reduced but there is pink skin beneath the thickness.is it new skin ? or foot ulcer ?
