How Can A Weak Pelvic Floor With Prolapsed Bladder Be Treated?

hello doctors! iam a 49 year old Pakistani woman,and i have 3 children. Its been 24 years for the last time i gave birth to a child. Iam am suffering from weakened palvic floor which have led to the dropping of a organ into the pelvic muscles. I think I have prolapsed bladder, but a healthy uterus, and doctors in my city are still confused in recignizing the actual condition of my palvic floor and the pain iam suffering from. plz help
