How Can Abdominal Pain, Lack Of Appetite And Hematuria Be Treated?

Yes I am a 27 yrs old woman an I have had pain in abdominal area in left and right sides an not having a appetite with cold chills for a/b two weeks I have had blood in urine and a black stool twice went to ER an they said I had a bladder infection an so they put me on a cipro and I am still taking everyday but still no feeling good at all I still have pain in both sides abdominal that comes and go I have weakness but I haven't seen any blood in urine nor a black stool I have also been treated for Viral Gastroenteritis as well as a bladder infection but still not feeling good
