How Can Acute Body Odor Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have a student who smells of a really strong pungent matalic smell, but he showers twice a day. He is 25 and when he is in the room it is hard to stay a round him and i cant believe he cant smell it.
