CT scan with contrast showed inderterminate 1.4 cm right adrenal nodule mild prominence of the right renal pelvis 1.4 cm nodule in the inferior aspect of the left breast Bladder moderately dilated Small follicle in the fleft overary Hypodense areas in the uterus are of uncertain etiology, sujustive of fibroids ultrasound follow-up required. sm nodule left hepatic lobe-hemangioma Trace amount of pericholecystic fluid. Correlate for evidence of acute cholecystitis. labs showed WBC 15, liver, kidney function abnormal ER would not explain. Dehydration gave 3/4 of IV nurses never reconnected after CT scan. Blood pressure elevated average past week 189/117 with low 105/98 pulse over 100 most times with low of 98. ER sent patient home with antibiotic and referral to follow-up with PCM next day. Its been two days and just now have apt this afternoon in a few minutes. No follow-up labs or Ultrasound or test were done in ER. Discharged with 10/10 pain on hydrocodone 5/325 gabapentine 600mg. was told first ER visit is was just my hip arthritis and hip impingements no test were done and sent home with script for pain medication listed above. Any advise and questions I should be asking. Don t feel like civilian or military is taking care of things and I need to be 100 percent to take care of disabled TBI combat patient in our home. Can you explain the CT as I don t know what it means and they just handed me the paper and said you need to address these issues as follow-up and sent me home. I am not one for medications or doctors, so when I go to the doctor or ER something is wrong. Please help.
