How Can An Ear Hole With A White Discharge Be Treated?

I'm suffering with cough for the past 3 months. Sometimes, i use to urinate while coughing. I am ok upto when I take medicine. Now the problem is, I have white discharge in my ear, doctor says "there is one hole. Take prescribed antibiotics. you will be ok".
My question is- what is the problem I have accurately?
