How Can An Earlobe Lesion With Draining Be Treated?

I have a cyst type lesion behind my rt ear lobe. At first I thought it was just a sebacceous cyst but now if you push on the front of the ear lobe it drains on the back side, if you push on the back side it drains on the front. The drainage is real sticky almost like glue.........
