How Can An Enlarged Bulky Ovary With Cysts Be Treated?

After an ultrasound 4 months ago I was told my right ovary was 3 times bigger than the left and "bulky". There was undetermined indication of cysts. I have no obvious symptoms. I have notice a slight swelling on the right side of my pelvis in the ovary area. What is going on with my ovary?
