How Can An Itchy Penis With Pain And Discharge Be Treated?

hi i have a an itchy penis when i ejaculate and a sharp pain when i urinate i also have frequent milky discharge. i have been to a doctor thinking i might have a STI but he done the test and it came back negative, i dont have a STi. i am very nervous about this can you please help me?
