How Can An Outer Ear Lump With Pain And Throbbing Be Treated?

my outer ear really hurts to touch it the small bump before the inside why is that? the inside hurts too and it throbs alot sounds like a heart beat in my ear also i can feel it all the way to my mouth when i open my mouth it seems like it pulls where it hurts at why is that? thanks,annie.
