How Can Areola Spots With Itching And Darkening Be Treated?

Hi, im 23 and i have brown spots on the areola on one of my breast that itch. It started some time ago, like a year, they appeared and disappeared, and now i have them again. I suppose the problem started from a bra, at first the skin was really dry and every time i wore a bra it itched. Now it's like a brown spot, darker than the skin of the areola. It still itches and it seems it wont go away. Should i go to a specialist?
