How Can Armpit Odor Be Treated?

When i take my adderall in the morning, by about 1 or 2 in the afternoon i start to notice that my armpits smell a little even though i have already put on deodorant and it doesn't seem like im sweating any more then usual, im just smelly, why is this? and what can i do to stop the smell?
