How Can Armpits Odor Be Treated?

hye i've 1 month suffering from stinky armpits its very imberressing when i'm near people i've tried so many things to make it stop like vineager, lemon, bakingsoda, alcohol, hand sanitizer and even certain dri but nothing seems to work please help me i have never had stinky armpits i don't know why this is happening to me
