How Can Black Facial Moles Be Treated?

I am stela from bharuch. I am 22 years old. I have so much big black moles on my face. I started Ayurvedic medcine of baba ramdev of pantanjali. But my moles are increasing, so my face is looking very ugly. I belongs from middle class family so I can't do the treatement. I got information about your treatement. Please advice me what to do. and My hights also are not much. so please advice me.
