have slight blotchy redness ubder foreskin on head of penis. no pain or discharge, just blotchy redness. a single tiny white spot or blotch has appeared there and not changed size etc. been there for several weeks. have i got a std or a skin infection. have not had sex for 11 months and only noticed the redness there about 3 months ago?
