How Can Body Rashes With Feet Lumps Be Treated?

i am 22 years old, 5'4, and weight 100 pounds. i went to see my doctor because i had a lot of bumps on my feet and a rash on my thigh.. i was worried it was bed bug bites because i recently stayed at a beach house for the weekend. She told me it's adenovirus.. but now my rashes have spread throughout my whole body and she didn't prescribe me any kind of medicine. What can i do to get rid of the rashes?
