How Can Boils Around Groin Area Be Treated?

Hi , this timei have developed boils in my groin area..i developed only two i thot they would subside in a day or two..in two days my periods started, n i also noticed that the boils started spreading all over,some of them burst and spread the infection..i cant even stop using the sanitary pad...i feel scared to apply anything...i have been cleaning my groin with warm water each time i visit the loo...please help...im hesitant to go to the doctor..not until my periods are over but waiting for 3 more days is a dreadful idea
