How Can Breast, Chest And Back Pain Be Treated?

I was hit on my breast yesterday with a medium sized instrument. It still hurts. Its just a paint going straight from where the nipple is the where my breast finishes at my chest. Also, I have been crying a lot and hard the past week, so my chest and the inside of lower back hurt(this was two nights ago after a cried really hard for a long time).
